Membership terms

Last updated 1 October 2026.

These terms cover the paid plans of the Cosmic Crypto Club Hub and Discord server: what you get, how billing works, how to cancel and when you get your money back. They sit alongside the website's Terms of Service, our Privacy policy and the Risk disclaimer. "We" and "the club" mean Cosmic Crypto Club; who that is in law is shown at the top of this page.

1. The plans

There are two paid plans. Each opens its own part of the club, and you can hold either or both.

  • Trade Tracker — every live trade as it happens: entry, stop and targets, tracked to the close, on the Hub and in the Trade Tracker channels in Discord, with pings for the trades you follow.
  • Premium — the Resources channels in Discord (alpha, market data and news feeds, daily and weekly checks, the prediction-market and on-chain alerts) and the Analytics section of the Hub.

What each plan opens is listed on the Membership page, which is the up-to-date list. Plans are sold monthly, for three, six or twelve months, or for life. Prices are shown in US dollars on the Membership page and on the checkout page before you pay.

2. Paying and renewing

Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

A plan for a period renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown when you bought it, until you cancel. For six-month and annual plans we remind you about seven days before the renewal. A lifetime plan is paid once and does not renew.

Your price is locked in while your subscription stays active: if we raise a plan's price later, you keep paying what you signed up at. A new price applies only if you cancel and subscribe again.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the Manage tab on the Membership page, which opens Stripe's billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing more is charged.

4. Refunds

  • Your first payment is refunded on request within 14 days of paying — once per member, on any plan, lifetime included.
  • Six-month and annual plans: a renewal is refunded on request within 14 days after it is charged.
  • Billing mistakes — a double charge, a wrong amount — are always refunded.
  • A refund ends the access it paid for straight away.
  • If your account is removed for breaking the club's rules, nothing is refunded.
  • If you open a chargeback with your bank, access is paused while it is resolved.

Ask for a refund by opening a ticket in the Discord server's #help channel (or by email, if an address is shown at the top of this page). We answer within 3 working days.

5. Your right to cancel under UK law

UK consumers normally have 14 days to cancel a contract made online. For digital content and services that start straight away, that right ends once the service has begun if you asked for it to start — which you do when you subscribe, because access is given at once. In practice our refund policy above is at least as generous: your first payment is refunded in full on request within 14 days, whatever you have used.

6. The free trial and the Trial Pass

  • The free trial gives Trade Tracker and Premium for a set time (shown on the trial button, currently 7 days). It is once per member, for verified members whose Discord account and membership of the server are old enough — the button tells you if yours is not yet.
  • The Trial Pass is bought in the Hub's shop with Schmeckles and gives the same access. It can be bought more than once.
  • Schmeckles are earned by taking part in the club. They cannot be bought with money, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, transferred out or withdrawn.
  • A trial or Trial Pass that starts while you hold a paid plan pauses your billing: your next billing date moves back by the length of the trial, so you lose none of the days you paid for.

7. Access through Discord

Your access is given through Discord roles and the Hub, which you sign in to with Discord. You need a Discord account in the club's server. If you leave the server, are removed from it or lose verification, the access stops until you are back — your subscription itself is not cancelled by that, so cancel it if you do not mean to return. We are not responsible for outages of Discord, Stripe or the market-data services the club relies on, but we will tell you about any long interruption.

8. What the club is, and is not

The trades, alerts, research and education in the club are information and education, shared as the analysts' own views. They are not financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You make your own decisions and you carry their results. Read the Risk disclaimer.

9. Fair use

The club is for your own use. You may not:

  • share, resell or republish the paid trades, alerts or resources, or give anyone else your account;
  • copy the Hub's data in bulk, scrape it, or get round its access controls;
  • use several accounts to take extra free trials, Schmeckles or rewards.

We may pause an account while we look into a breach of these rules, and remove it if the breach is confirmed (see section 4 on refunds).

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and a change that matters to your plan is announced in Discord before it applies.

11. Our liability

We provide the club with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that UK law does not allow to be limited, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you live elsewhere in the UK you can also use your local courts.
